

Shauna Green Administrator, MH Clinical Director, CDVC, LCPC Shauna has been working in the Mental health field since 2015. She has her MBA in business and Master's in counseling. She is a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor who specializes in working with the offender. Shauna enjoys Montana and being ourside.
Josh Green Administrator Josh is the Administrator of Green Apple which means he does all the boring stuff behind the scenes (HR, payroll, policies, etc). Before Green Apple he was a Probation & Parole Officer for the State of Montana for 13 years where he specialized in Drug Treatment Courts and sexual offender supervision. He graduated from the University of Montana (Go Griz!) with a Bachelors in Sociology, emphasis in Criminology. He also has a diverse educational background in Psychology, Philosophy and Pre-Med. He enjoy his free time with family, friends and 5 Great Danes. He also loves to follow and support our local sports teams (Electrics, Voyagers) and of course the UM Griz.
Michael Cassidy SUD Clinical Director, MA, LAC Michael is a Master's level Licensed Addiction Counselor who completed his Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling with a specialty in Addictions and Recovery in 2015 through Liberty University. He has worked in the field of addiction and recovery in one form or another since 2011, becoming a Licensed Addiction Counselor in 2015. He is also experienced in work with different Co-occurring teams in Montana such as the PACT Team and as a Chaplin to first responders in the Bitterroot Valley. He Held a Private Practice in Victor Montana prior to moving to Great Falls where he worked with clientele that were legal involved. Michael and his wife currently enjoy exploring different historical sites around Montana along with exploring the many uniquely beautiful sites this state has to offer.

Dr. Kris Poliakiwski He is an experienced adult psychiatrist who has practiced since 2018. He specializes in severe, chronic and treatment-resistant mental illness, with a greater interest in treating despondency and suicidal ideation. Within three to six months of treatment, even his most complex patients have experienced significant improvements. “I strive to help my patients achieve their goals throughout their treatment to become more functional and have a better life,” stated Dr. Poliakiwski. “We figure out how to help them feel safe, secure and more empowered in the short and long term.”

Kelsey Kojetin PCLC Kelsey is a licensed clinical professional counselor candidate. With over a decade of experience working in higher education, she has honed her skills in guiding individuals through life's complexities. Her educational and training experiences in the fields of psychology, counseling, and exercise science has given her a unique perspective on the interconnectedness of physical and mental health, allowing her to integrate insights from these areas to better serve her clients. She's always been fascinated by the resilience people demonstrate while facing life’s obstacles whether it be stemmed from chronic or acute trauma, loss, anxiety, depression or any other burden that creeps up making life difficult to navigate. She is dedicated to walk alongside while guiding and empowering her clients on this journey to reach their goals and lead fulfilling lives. She loves living in Montana. Her free time is usually spent with her family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.

Jackie Miller LAC, PCLC Jackie is a Mental Health Counselor as well as an Addictions Counselor at Green Apple Counseling. She has been in the field since 2019 working with addictions. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2004 with her BA in Psychology and went on to graduate from Montana State University in 2020 with her Certificate in Addictions Counseling. She found that she wanted to work more in depth with clients so she went back to school and graduated in 2022 with my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health. This line of work can be heartbreaking and rewarding at the same time. This profession can be challenging but it can also be very rewarding. Watching people turn their life around and getting back on track is why she does what she does.

Jayce Baird LCPC Intern Jaycee is currently working towards her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, with a focus on trauma, at Grand Canyon University. Her goal is to bring a warm and welcoming environment to all her client’s sessions while meeting them where they are at in their healing process, taking the full body approach. She has a background working with children and young adults in a residential mental health setting. Her therapeutic interests include CBT, Solution-based therapy, art, and play therapy, correlated with her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Montana State University.

Tina Cassidy, Psychiatry Medical Assistant Tina is an Administrative Assistant who obtained her Associate's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Notary Public for the state of Montana. In 2019, she moved to Great Falls with her family from Ravalli County. She has six siblings, five children, and three grandchildren. Tina's first passion was working with horses, which she pursued for 26 years, and then shifted to her second passion for assisting people. She enjoys spending time with her husband while kayaking and fishing and also enjoys taking walks with her dog Ripley.

LillyEtta Front Desk, Social Worker Intern Lilly Etta is an LCSW intern at Green Apple Behavioral Health, currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University. After earning a BA in Social Action with a minor in Psychology, she explored various roles—from supporting patients in a mental hospital to providing behavioral therapy for children with Autism. Though meaningful, those experiences ultimately led her to discover her true passion: counseling. At Green Apple, Lilly is excited to grow in her role and learn the many ways the team supports clients with care and compassion. She brings curiosity, warmth, and a genuine commitment to helping others navigate their challenges. Since moving to Montana, she’s found joy in its quiet beauty—skiing, hiking, and road-tripping through the plains and mountains. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her cat.

Nothing is more rewarding to her than witnessing growth and transformation in the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Makayla enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her pets—her dog, Cesar, and her cat, Goose—who always keep life lively and full of joy.

Evalyna Baker LMFT Intern Evalyna Baker is a proud member of the Blackfeet Nation, born and raised on the reservation in Browning, Montana. She comes from a strong cultural heritage and values the traditions that have shaped her life. Evalyna dedicated over 20 years of service to the United States Air Force, retiring with distinction after completing eight deployments across multiple regions of the world. Her military career provided her with extensive experience, resilience, and a global perspective. Family is at the center of her life. Evalyna and her husband, Shawn Baker, have been married for 18 years and are the proud parents of four daughters, adopted through the foster care system. She holds an associate degree in Information Management, a bachelor’s degree in Family Dynamics and Human Development, and is in the final stage of completing her master’s degree. Evalyna is currently an intern at Green Apple Behavioral Health, where she is gaining hands-on experience in the field. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active through fitness, and spending quality time with family playing board games.
